  ☕Coffee & arrivalNespresso machine, capsules and a bottle of water are waiting for you.

  So you can settle in after the journey, we leave you a starter supply of coffee capsules and a bottle of water – both on us. For longer stays you'll probably want to top up; the supermarket and bakery are just a few minutes away.

  We don't provide milk, sugar or tea – please bring your own. Where to get them is under "Explore" below.

  🍳KitchenFully equipped: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.

  Important: never put washing-up liquid in the dishwasher – use the tabs provided. Hand soap foams over and leaks out.

  The induction hob needs magnetic-bottom pots – the right ones are in the lower cabinet.

• 
  🌡Heating, climate & ventilationRuns automatically – best to simply leave the settings as they are.

  In winter the underfloor heating automatically keeps a comfortable temperature; in summer it cools the rooms. Nothing to adjust – and nothing to turn down when you leave.

  There's no need to air the rooms: a ventilation system exchanges the air throughout the house. If you do open a window, please air briefly rather than leaving it tilted open – otherwise the heating works against it.

  The round dial on the wall belongs to the heating; the buttons with arrows control the roller shutters.

  📺TV & musicSmart TV with Netflix – our account is already signed in.

  No need to sign in anywhere: Netflix runs on our account – just switch on and watch.

  The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2 in short: switch it on with the power button on the side. Then press the Bluetooth button next to it – it flashes blue – and pick "Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2" on your phone. Done.

  There are two touch areas on top: one for volume, one for the light in the base. If you prefer a cable, there's a 3.5 mm aux input at the back.

  🛏SleepingAll beds are freshly made when you arrive.

  Both main bedrooms can be blacked out completely – ideal if you want a lie-in.

  The roof windows have external semi-transparent blinds: they take the edge off the sun while still letting light through.

  🚿Bathroom & towelsTowels are laid out, soap and shower gel are stocked.

  Used towels go in the laundry bin in the upstairs bathroom, so they don't have to sit on the floor.

  There's a hairdryer in the drawer under the sink.

  🧺Washing machineIn the utility room, detergent is next to it. Free to use.

  The "easy care 40 °C" cycle covers almost everything and takes about an hour.

  Please avoid washing after 10 pm – the neighbours can hear the spin cycle.

• 
  🌿Garden & terracePrivate garden with seating – thanks to its position, sunny all day long.

  There's no dedicated bike storage, but you're welcome to bring bikes onto the terrace and lock them there. Leaving them on the car rack in front of the house works just as well.

  🤝Good to knowNon-smoking, no pets, quiet hours from 10 pm.

  We're afraid pets aren't allowed – some of our guests have allergies and we need to take that into account.

  Smoking is fine on the terrace and in the garden – just not indoors.

  This is a quiet neighbourhood. After 10 pm please close the windows and turn the music down.

Leave the heating as it is. And if you need to set off later, just ask – when nobody arrives after you, a late check-out is usually fine.
