So you can settle in after the journey, we leave you a starter supply of coffee capsules and a bottle of water – both on us. For longer stays you'll probably want to top up; the supermarket and bakery are just a few minutes away.
We don't provide milk, sugar or tea – please bring your own. Where to get them is under Explore below.

Important: never put washing-up liquid in the dishwasher – use the tabs provided. Hand soap foams over and leaks out.
The induction hob needs magnetic-bottom pots – the right ones are in the lower cabinet.

In winter the underfloor heating automatically keeps a comfortable temperature; in summer it cools the rooms. Nothing to adjust – and nothing to turn down when you leave.
There's no need to air the rooms: a ventilation system exchanges the air throughout the house. If you do open a window, please air briefly rather than leaving it tilted open – otherwise the heating works against it.
The round dial on the wall belongs to the heating; the buttons with arrows control the roller shutters.

No need to sign in anywhere: Netflix runs on our account – just switch on and watch.
The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2 in short: switch it on with the power button on the side. Then press the Bluetooth button next to it – it flashes blue – and pick "Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2" on your phone. Done.
There are two touch areas on top: one for volume, one for the light in the base. If you prefer a cable, there's a 3.5 mm aux input at the back.

Both main bedrooms can be blacked out completely – ideal if you want a lie-in.
The roof windows have external semi-transparent blinds: they take the edge off the sun while still letting light through.

Used towels go in the laundry bin in the upstairs bathroom, so they don't have to sit on the floor.
There's a hairdryer in the drawer under the sink.

The "easy care 40 °C" cycle covers almost everything and takes about an hour.
Please avoid washing after 10 pm – the neighbours can hear the spin cycle.

There's no dedicated bike storage, but you're welcome to bring bikes onto the terrace and lock them there. Leaving them on the car rack in front of the house works just as well.

We're afraid pets aren't allowed – some of our guests have allergies and we need to take that into account.
Smoking is fine on the terrace and in the garden – just not indoors.
This is a quiet neighbourhood. After 10 pm please close the windows and turn the music down.
Electric cars, plug-in hybrids and e-scooters must not be charged from the house supply – neither at the outdoor socket nor via an extension lead from the apartment. The sockets and wiring aren't designed for hours of continuous high load: they can overheat, in the worst case to the point of a cable fire. Electricity is priced into your stay for normal household use only, and damage caused by unauthorised charging isn't covered by the building insurance.
If you charge anyway, we'll bill a flat 250 € for each charging session started. On top of that you're fully liable for any damage to the house or its wiring, and we reserve the right to end the stay early. Public charging points nearby are listed under Explore.
These rules are part of your booking and apply to everyone staying with you. Most of it goes without saying – we write it down anyway so there are no misunderstandings.
In case of serious or repeated breaches we may end the stay early – without a refund for the remaining nights. It has never been necessary so far, and we're sure it'll stay that way with you.

Music on the speaker, Netflix on the TV – both ready to go.
A few playlists we put on ourselves – they sound great on the living room speaker.

Check-out
Remember how tidy everything was when you arrived? That's exactly the feeling we'd like to pass on to the next guest. No deep cleaning needed – our team takes care of that. Anything you do beyond this is genuinely appreciated.
Leave the heating as it is. And if you need to set off later, just ask – when nobody arrives after you, a late check-out is usually fine.
Often yes. Message us on WhatsApp the day before – once cleaning is done, we'll let you know.
In the two spaces angled to the street directly in front of the house. Free and without a time limit. Just please don't run a charging cable to the house – EVs and hybrids must not be charged from the house supply, see "Good to know".
Please sort it and leave it outside the front door – you don't need to take anything to the bins, we'll do that. A starter supply of bin bags is provided.
Unfortunately not. Some of our guests are allergic to animal hair, so we keep the apartment pet-free at all times.
Not at the house: charging from the house supply – outdoor socket, extension lead, emergency charging cable – is prohibited, because the wiring isn't built for hours of continuous load and the insurance won't pay if something goes wrong. Anyone who does it anyway is billed a flat 250 € per charging session. We don't have our own wallbox, but there are several public charging points within walking distance – the nearest is about 250 metres away. You'll find them all under Explore, including power and connector type. Whether a point is free right now and what it costs depends on your charging tariff – check your provider's app, or tap the map link.
No, please just leave it. The system regulates heating and cooling by itself.
No drama – just tell us. It happens, and we always find a solution.
